Enchanted Designs Layaway program:

Our layaway plan covers all Enchanted Designs in-store merchandise with the exception of all affiliate merchandise (if you are taken to another site to pay then it is not available for our layaway terms).

How to place a Layaway order: You can accumulate your order in the shopping cart, pick a shipping destination and hit recalculate and then copy the items from the cart into an email and send to emma@enchanted-designs.com . Put Enchanted Designs Layaway items as the subject header. We copied the entire cart including the headings and this technique worked fine. (If you were to complete the order through the shopping cart it would require your payment in full.) Be sure you include important information such as your name and shipping address.

Your Layaway Order: When we receive your order we will send an acknowledgement email to you. In the meantime, if you would like to complete setting up your layaway without waiting to hear from us first, you can choose the payment plan below and remit your payment through PayPal to: emma@enchanted-designs.com .

Payment plan:

2-payment plan. 1/2 due at time of order and the balance is due in 30 days.

You will receive an invoice for the next payment due. You will also receive a confirmation email when we receive an installment payment, which will reflect your new balance. On your final payment, you'll receive an email from us with information on your order shipment.

Layaway Terms and Conditions: During your layaway term your items will remain on hold. Should you cancel your order for any reason you will be charged 25% for administration fees of your total order and the balance will be refunded in 'store' credit. If your payment is two weeks late your order will automatically cancel. A 'store' credit will be issued for any payments you made, less the 25% administration fees charge.

By placing an order using our layaway plan, you hereby agree to the layaway terms and conditions.

VERY Important!

Do not forget to make your first payment! The items in your order will remain for sale to others until your first payment is made. We will personally confirm your order and payment with you!

FAQ'S

1. What is a layaway? A: A layaway is a purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise and pay in full through installments before receiving the merchandise.

2. When will my merchandise be shipped? A: Once your final payment is made your order will ship within 2 business days.

3. What are my payment options? A: We prefer PayPal since they take all major credit cards and checks, but will also accept cashiers checks and money orders.

4. I would like to mail my payments, instead of using PayPal. A: Yes, send your payments to: Enchanted Designs, 901 E. 8th Ave., Winfield, KS 67156. Please allow plenty of time for your payment to arrive so as not to be 14 days late. Best advise is to communicate with us.
